Q: Can and should these pans be seasoned to avoid losing their non-stick property?

The manufacturer says "NO!". It is not necessary with ceramic non-stick cookware, and it is counter to the basic care recommendation of "make sure the pan is cleaned with warm soapy water and is spotless prior to storage." Also, be aware that non-stick sprays and extra virgin olive oil are not recommended for use with this cookware because they "carbonize quickly when the pan is heated". Other oils or butter are safe to use with the pan to help food sear, crisp, or to add flavor. You will find you can cook at a lower heat setting with these pans because the ceramic coating heats up so fast and transfers that heat so efficiently. Hope that helps.
