Good Quality. One query is how much percentage is refined olive oil in this product? And how is refinement done, by heat or using hexane? Because it is mix product of virgin olive oil plus refined one and being a premium product

Very Good Olive Oil
This is the Classic brand of Borges, and better than the Pomace variety. Pomace is the lowest type of Olive oil one can buy, but the Classic variety is very good and very close to the Virgin Olive Oil, but can withstand the heat and high smoking point.
