This lamp is perfect. It looks cool and even though there isn't a traditional shade, the light bulb doesn't blind you.It was fast and easy to put together and the foot switch is an awesome feature.

I bought this lamp to replace an old floor lamp in my living room. It looks great, the lighting is softly bright. I am very happy with my purchase.

While it is very simple to assemble You do need to follow directions. I didn’t read them at first and tried to assemble starting at the base, which won’t work because you need to move the cord down as you screw it together. Once I got past that, it was smooth sailing.The lamp is beautiful and arrived quickly and in one piece. I was a bit worried about stability but the base has a bit of weight to it making it very stable.

Easy to step on and turn off and on. Instead of bending down hurting our backs looking at where the switch is at just step on the button and wallah.

The first lamp I received didn't work. I emailed the customer service address provided and received an immediate response from Eve and a replacement lamp arrived a few days later. I have never experienced such swift resolution of any issue, ever. The new lamp works and looks great. The only reason for 4 stars is that I wished the wire came out of the bottom instead of the side of the pole. I tried repeatedly to upload a photo but it's not working.
