Arrived cut
There’s a two inch cut in the bad - I could not use it at all . I am going to send it back but this has delayed my summary to use it for two weeks as there’s a one week wait

Good product but pads are subject to leak.
My elderly mother has back pain. This unit helped her while she was in the hospital so I bought her one. She loves it but the pads don’t last very long. This is the fourth or fifth pad I’ve bought in the past year and a half. They suddenly spring leaks.

Ok Pad. Not worth the price.
Too costly for a single pad that’s not big enough to stay in place when placed under the back. W machine set to high heat still doesn’t get hot enough to relieve pain.

Sprung a leak
Worked great for less than 2 weeks and then sprung a leak today. Too expensive. Disappointed to say the least.
