I loved this hot water bottle when I got it in October for my birthday however there is now a leak at the top where the seal/bung is and is now unusable which is a real shame as I loved it. I will have to buy a new insert from somewhere else as I cannot see if there is a guarantee or anything for this product.

I was amazed how big this hot water bottle is. It’s seriously long, and when filled with hot water and I drape it over both knees, the hot temperature really helps with the pain relief at this time of the year with cold weather. I feel less bad that it’s quite expensive because it is worth it and it is good value for money. It takes a full kettle to fill it, that’s how long it is! My favourite hot water bottle I own.
