This is the best & reasonable coffee machine I had purchased, it's handy & makes 3-4 cups of coffee at a time. Only drawback is the glass cup is not of not good quality may damaged of used carelessly!!!

Cheap product for possible short term use ability
Received it with broken front of filter. It wouldnโt cause a functional issue but certainly did not buy a new product to be it delivered broken. Looks and feels like made from very cheap plastic so no surprise it was broken on delivery.

Flimsy built & Misleading warranty
The machine worked fine for a month then started leaking. The customer care took 15 days to replace a damaged silicon coated pipe and charged me for it. The machine is supposed to be under 2 year warranty, but I was told warranty excludes plastic and rubber parts. The machine is all plastic and rubber, so the warranty is of little use.
