but it just feels so good! It feels like chapstick
It is lighter than expected and you have to frequently apply it and layer it to get it the proper blue, but it just feels so good! It feels like chapstick! I could use this to moisturize my lips! Just a great feel for a lipstick. And it is the right color, you just have to apply a couple layers, which is fine. That seems to be a common problem with blue lipsticks unless you want to feel like you have clown paint on your lips.

Not the right color
Too pale. It is supposed to be a much darker shade according to the image provided. But this is incredibly pale. I wanted a dark blue. Very misleading.

It's okay, but compared to the Katy Kat Matte collection it is a bit of a let down. The color is a bit weak, it doesn't stay well. The shimmer is nice, not over kill, but for some reason the formula is a lot lighter than the Matte set. It almost feels greasy.
