great value runs good makes a little bar and chain oil the well worth 500 bucks
great job for the money after breaking. headed to end up and it rips works excellent it'll be nice if I automatic oiler so you don't have to worry about that pumping it and if you tip it on the side it does leak out of the oil pumper otherwise it's good to go

DO NOT BUY THESE!
DO NOT BUY! Bought this chainsaw back in November. Followed the break in instructions for getting it going and tuning etc. Ran 3 tanks of premix through it cutting a tree up with no issues just seemed a bit low power but i was easy on it to break it in. Got it back out 2 days ago and ran half a tank through it before it started acting funny at full throttle. Noticed the high throttle screw had vibrated all the way out and was missing. Contacted neotec to try and get the screw size through Amazon and their website where it says 24 hour response time. Never heard anything back from neotec on here or their site. Drove 45 mins to lowes to get a screw. Tuned it again per instructions. Before that tank ran out (4th tank in the chainsaw ever) it started smoking. I killed it and took it to a chainsaw sales and repair dealer. They determined there was a manufacturing issue with the bar (42") and/or chain that caused the clutch to overheat and the bar, chain, clutch are unusable and they tested the cylinder and said it has low/no compression. Just spend the extra money on a name brand. At the very minimum you'll be able to get a response if you have issues.

Brake it in easy
Great saw for milling and big removals.Just brake it in easy. I ran about 1 to three tanks at 1/2 power. After that, the saw ran for two days milling redwood logs. One thing I would recommend is to start the saw without using the decompression button(specifically when it warm) Starts easy, first pool. When I put the bar oil in for the first time it leaked a bit over night. However the next day the gasket sealed up and I also made sure the bolts were nice and tight. Overall no issues with the saw at all. I ran 42 inch bar on it.plenty of power. Just make sure your chain is sharp. So far happy with the saw. Worth the money for sure.

Better than I thought
I read a lot of reviews prior to buying. I purchased this saw in Oct 2022. I did a review on the Garwinner 20” 62cc saw (love that saw too). There is a learning curve with this saw. 1. Don’t pull the throttle before it starts. 2. Pull the choke fully out and pull until you get a pop. 3. Push choke half way in and it should fire right up. You still need to hold down the decompression valve and etc. as the directions state. I have some flooding issues at first, hence is why I wrote do not pull the throttle while starting of before trying to start. I love the full chisel chain that it comes with. I use it to plank out large logs. I have fell one tree and bucked it. It is a heavy saw compare to your 20” saws. Roughly 30 lbs. It has been great for me. I’m an average size man and can start it fairly easy. The saw sat over the winter and fired up on the fourth pull. The initial pull on full choke, second pull on full choke and got the pop, move to half choke and turned over and stalled, and no choke with start up two days ago. I highly suggest hearing protection, the muffler is wide open and is extremely loud. I think it’s 105-115 dB. I will be using it a lot more this year and will do another review with an update maybe around autumn or so. This saw needs a check on the bar oil before refueling. I hope this helps you out.

Total BEAST
This Chainsaw is a Beast!!! WARNING -- NOT for the weak. This Chainsaw will test your Stamina, but, it just wants to eat wood. Well worth the price and, hey, who can't use a good shoulder, arm, and back workout??

Worst product and No Support and and NO Refund
**Title: Extremely Disappointed with This Chainsaw**I recently purchased this chainsaw, and I have to say, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Right out of the box, I encountered issues with starting it. I followed all the instructions carefully, but no matter what I did, the chainsaw simply would not start.I reached out to customer support, hoping for some guidance or troubleshooting tips, but I was met with silence. After several attempts to get in touch, I still received no response. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was informed that it was not possible.I feel completely let down by both the product and the company's lack of support. I expected better quality and service for my money. I would not recommend this chainsaw to anyone looking for reliability and customer care. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

Beast
Helene storm dropped big trees around me in SC. This saw was spot on. Followed the instructions and cut like a champ. Awesome for my needs. I don’t use it every day, and may never use it again. It paid for itself in the first five minutes. It’s like holding a mini bike. You do need to control the cut, it’s so big and long it deflects. Started up first pull every time for 3 days . Cut 3 ft diameter pecan and 4 ft diameter oak like butter.
