My grandmother used this and now being elderly, I understand her reasoning. It has a mild, distinctive scent that is not perfume or fruity, but clean and confirming its cleaning properties. It is the perfect companion to a dishwasher - pans and hand washed delicates are washed beautifully and completely. Great for dishware that needs to be soaked.

I still haven't received this order, but I have used this dish soap for years. Ivory Liquid is the best dish soap and I have used it for years. I think it is better than all others. It suds the best, it has the best fragrance, it removes grease and all other food particles with ease. When I was raising my children, I had 6 teenagers (4 boys) at home all at once and we had only a bathtub (no shower). I made everybody run their bathwater with Ivory Liquid in the tub. It was delicate on our skin but there was no ring in the tub afterwards. The tub was clean after the bath. We only had to rinse the bottom of the tub. I love Ivory Liquid. It is good for everything!

I have used Ivory 4 years. My go 2 was Target, but they stopped shelving it, 2 my great disappointment. I'm go glad I found it thru Amazon.

Great deal! 3 full sized bottles for the price of one. Each bottle was carefully bubble wrapped and placed in a USPS box. It fit in my larger lock box for packages. No worry for theft, no damages, unlike my last package. The package arrived quickly. I'm very happy with the product, as always. I'm overjoyed Amazon carries it as it is difficult to find locally. The smell brings me back to childhood days of "the soap that floats".
