Really good quantity of Saffron in these. I have definitely felt a more balance mood and my sleep is consistently very good, so would recommend. The science behind saffron is really promising for promoting a good mood!

I give this to my daughter every day who suffers from being able to sleep and anxiety as an alternative to medication. It will take a number of weeks to see if it does help.
