Received a fake, not a Blue Star package, belt wrong width!
NOTE: If I had received an actual Blue Star belt, I am confident it would have been the right size. But I didn't. This belt was in generic shrinkwrap with a Made in China sticker and a bar code. Genuine Blue Star products come in the package depicted in the photo.I'm writing this review to warn others to CHECK THE SELLER. This is NOT a review of the belt you're supposed to get when you order this. It's a review of the belt I actually received.*This* belt has the correct OEM part number on it, but it isn't the same width as the original. It isn't even close. We're talking about a pulley system. Belts slip if they don't more or less fill the pulley. In short: product not as advertised, not going to work, will ask for refund.

Great product and service-customer service contacts are wrong in Amazon website
Updated review- My first review was a one star but then I realized the belt ripped because the pulley was damaged so not sellers fault. The second part of my review stands which was about contacting customer service. The only way to contact them was to write a bad review. They did contact me to resolve, but again only through that bad review.Initial review- I replaced the belt on my dryer along with other parts. My original was fine but decided to replace since I had the dryer apart and it had some wear and tear. As you can see in the picture, the dryer belt ripped just six weeks after replacing it. No way to contact seller to get a warranty replacement. Contact on Amazon is to a company with same name but on there message said that hey are not the right company and to contact Amazon. Seems like I will get stuck in an endless loop.

Worst $10 ever spent.
What a total piece of junk. The original belt lasted 14 years and this piece is junk didn’t even last 5 months. I replaced the original belt and pulley as I had time due to COVID, what a mistake. This thing already slips for a few seconds before getting the drum going and there’s belt dust everywhere inside the dryer.
