Great but installation is tricky!
These earpads are well-made and a perfect fit once you get them on! I just had to keep trying for about a hour. It's the way the Sennheisers are made. I was glad to see the earpads were not actually glued on. The old ones were easy to remove. The replacements go on exactly as the original earpads were attached.

as good as the originals but tricky to install
They're excellent, very comfortable, just like the originals. Getting them on the headset is a bit tricky and I was on the verge of giving up after the first 5-10 minutes of failure. You have to find a way of using the thumbs and forefingers of both hands to slide the plastic edge into the groove while simultaneously using the remaining fingers to hold in place what you've already done while progressing to the next section (otherwise it pops out). After about 2/3 of the way through it starts to hold by itself and the process gets easier. So, don't give up!

Better than original, but clearer instructions and a tool would be helpful
One of the ear pads on my Sennheisers split, and reviews of some cheaper replacements recommended these Soulwits as the better option. After finally getting them on, they seem seem to have more cushioning and fit more securely than the originals. That may also have to do with being brand new, as opposed to the originals that are several years old, so we'll see how they hold up over time.Even if you only need to replace one pad, you will likely want to change both for a uniform fit and feel. The instructions were not very clear, and I only understood the process better after watching a few YouTube videos. In one, someone used a tool, a small plastic shim, which seemed much quicker. I have a lot of guitar picks around, and used them to push the ear pad lip into the gaps on the headphones, securing them in place while using additional picks to do the rest. (Anything of a similar thickness should do, but do not use anything metal or you will likely rip the material.) After spending 15 minutes figuring out the first pad, installing the second one only took a minute. So, great product but Soulwit should just link to its own install video, with suggestions for tools that will help.

As good as original pads
The material these ear pads are made with are quite comfortable and durable. It was a struggle to place the first pad on, and I was concerned I may tear it, as I was using my fingernails, but this didn't occur. The second pad was much easier to install, as I learned from the first pad.

Perfect fit for my headphones! Easy to install.
Perfect fit! Less than 5 minutes to install these replacement pads. Material seems at least as good as the originals. Inexpensive way to give my Sennys another few years.

Comfortable well made repalcement ear pads
These are excellent replacement ear pads for my Sennheiser HD 4.5BTNC headphones. The fix is very tight (which is good). They are very comfortable and the sound quality remains excellent. Noise cancelling still works. It is hard to say if there is a difference, but not much of one if there is. These do take a little patience to put on, as the fit is precise, but if you take your time they are not that hard to fit on. It took about five minutes for the first one, and 1 minute for the second. They look and feel like the original ear pads that had worn out with years of use. Excellent replacement.
