Q: My rubber stamp lifted therefore its not stamping correctly Do you know how to fix this?

Since you only need to stamp it very lightly if you push it too hard it will stick. Push down on the center of the printer part slightly with your finger (using a towel) or the sides to release it from being stuck.

Q: Does this stamp have a border? I do not see the option to add in customization.

no it does not have a border. It is very clear to read however.

Q: is the ink waterproof?

Yes - I printed on the back of an envelope and dropped some water on is - tried to wipe it/smudge it and it did not smudge. While the envelope was wet I printed in the wet area and it did run/streak ever so slightly.

Q: Need a self inking stamp for the back of copy right photos, non smudge ink

This will work. Ink is permanent.
