LOVE this electric fireplace. All the changing colors for the holidays and the heat blower. It’s beautiful for an electric fireplace

I was really impressed by the reviews. I ordered one through Amazon! I was pleasantly surprised that it was being sent through a shipper on a pallet! Due to the location I live in the company owner contacted me and at their expense - paid for special shipping to get it to my location! After receiving the unit I installed it and was blown away at how beautiful the fire effects and remote control unit work! The heat is great and if I dont want heat I can just turn it on and enjoy the show! I like it so much I am purchasing a second one! Yes it’s pricey - but it’s top of the line quality and the company is a U. S. A. based family run co. with excellent service and A real person who cares about my satisfaction! They went way over and above- and you just don’t find that kind of service and a great quality product anywhere these days! I am purchasing a second one and I absolutely recommend this company and this product! I’ve purchased several of the cheaper electric fireplaces over the years and they all were kinda cheesy and only lasted a few years ! This one is built to last and the effects are beautiful! Well worth the money!

Let it be said, it arrived in excellent condition... it just took a little longer than Amazon portrayed. Because of the craftsmanship of this product, the actual company who manufactures the fireplace pays a third party to carefully deliver it to your home, BUT Amazon does not explain this. Amazon makes you think it will take two or three days. (It actually took more than a week due to my remote location.) That being said, it's finally here and installed, and BEAUTIFUL and provides a cozy environment.

Wonderful product. I would purchase it again. Replaced a propane nonvented gas log; no longer have to worry about Carbon monoxide. Took my handyman about six hours to remove the gas log and install electric fireplace.

We didn’t want to deal with a wood burning fire, and there is no gas line here, so we thought we’d give this a try. We did have it installed by an electrician who put in a dedicated breaker. No one is going to mistake it for a real fire, but I think it looks pretty cool. The colors are interesting and the heat output is good. I love being able to just flip it on in the morning.

Not worth the price tag, at all. *and* the 26" doesn't match the photos. the logs are way smaller and different looking. they won't even show the 26 on their website, every pic is a 36+. So.. it's a fancy electric space heater with a cool light show. you can get WAY, better heaters for FAR less money, so you're just paying for the special effects. it's heat output is crap compared to a $100 stand alone heater. You cannot angle the blower at all. no louvers, it's fixed and it blows slightly upwards, not really selling the fireplace experience. There is no fan/ blower speed. it's either on or off, tied to the heat being on or off. while blowin', it is loud for how lousy it is as a heater. again, you can buy a decent space heater that is really quiet, for a fraction of a fraction of this things price. they do not accept returns. which means they know the product is crap. and this lousy review is my only recourse for being duped into buying such an overpriced piece of junk. the lighting is only thing they got right. pretty cool use of leds and projection to simulate the fire/ coals effects, and the ability to customize colors and brightness, etc. but it comes nowhere close enough to justify the price tag.

From the time I placed my order on Amazon until the order arrived at my home, Marshall was attentive and conscientious. He explained each step of the shipping process and assured me by using an extra delivery company at his expense the fireplace inserts would be delivered in pristine shape which they were, and very timely. Marshall really cares about the customer. We love the inserts, they’re pretty and heat the rooms nicely. All around very pleased!
