I like this bit B-12 because it dissolves very quickly under the tongue. Others I have bought seem to take forever to dissolve. Also raised my Vit B 12 bloodwork within wks. A+ product.

I can't use other forms of B12 as my body won't metholate it properly. This works great. My doctor has been pleased with my B12 levels since. It's sublingual so it dissolves under your tongue. There minimal to no taste for me. It's not gritty like some tablets that dissolve under the tongue.

Decent flavor easy to digest

I've been using this style of B12 1000 MCG for a few months now and I really like it because it's so easy to dissolve the little tiny pill under your tongue and be done with it. And it doesn't have a taste so there's nothing at all that I would complain about. And I think it's helping me so it's a win-win all around.

I’m 75.
