Great product.
I used the RIT DYE to our light colored clothes, it did it quiet well. Easy to use.

Great Color!
My husband had a sweater that was pretty expensive that he had gotten permanency ink on. And in my attempt to remove I ended up making it worse by lightening the color of the sweater. I chose a darker color of RIT and it looks very nice. The new color did its best to cover my ooopsie.

read the instructions
I used RIT dye on a hand knitted garment that I made with multiple dye lots of 100% cotton, in order to set the dye I needed fixative. The package instructions need to be better written and printed! Very important to know the amount of water and the temperature required to set the color properly, this information is there but should be printed in such a manner that the user can readily read it. My garment did dye beautifully and I have not washed it to see how the dye set.
