I was surprised by these. It was my first time trying a patch and I love them. I felt increased energy and concentration the same as taking oral B complex with no jitters as well as calmed anxiety. I felt the patches were sticky enough that if put in a smooth, covered location it stayed the full 24 hours without wrinkling or parial peeling. I preferred my hip and would alternate them daily after trying several locations. I have very sensitive skin and was pleased there was no skin irritation past a half hour if any. If taken off before a shower washes off fairly easily, eye makeup remover made it a snap.

This works pretty well for energy. I am drinking less caffeine now during the week.It took about a week or so to really notice the difference. I still need caffeine on weekends after a long night out but not during the work week, I just wear this patch now. My only complaint is the adhesive bothers my skin no matter where I put it (arms, legs, back, etc).
