Popped these in new long riding boots while I waited for them to soften and drop. However, they are so comfortable I have left them in there! They can move when you take your boots off, but easily slipped back into place and don't move during use.

Good item which stayed in place and didn’t wear down. However, i ordered a height which h was fractionally too low and will order a slightly higher heel support and check if that is a better fit for me.

Feet slide to front of shoes crushing my toes had to take out. Putting up with planter pain.

These do work and are comfortable to wear. Just be careful of the shoe sizing and the type of shoe the higher height increases will fit

Good quality and comfortable. I fractured my back and as a result have a slight difference in leg length which is more noticeable in flats so this is ideal.

This product was not what I was hoping for. True it raised my height, however it was uncomfortable to walk. My foot pressed towards my toes. I bought the 3.5 cm. Too high for trainers. After speaking to an Osteopath she said it was better to go lower but include a sole as well.

Top Produkt! Wirklich sehr angenehm auch IM Schuh. Fällt nicht auf, da es aussieht wie eine schwarze Sohle. Ein sehr gutes Produkt für den Preis! Bestelle ich immer wieder.

Zit goed en blijft ook goed zitten tijdens het lopen. Erg comfortabel. Hoogte is voor mij perfect en een stuk goedkoper dan wat ik moet bijbetalen via de orthopeed. Kan eindelijk ook weer platte schoenen aan :)
