I got this for my 2 year olds birthday, he played with it for a couple of hours as soon as he got it, but unfortunately it broke within the first day of play. I contacted the customer service and they were quick to reply very polite and proactive to problem solving

Love how it looked like the real pne but the drill didn’t worked. Changed the batteries and it wont turn or do what it supposed too.

The only drawback is that he loses the drill bits, I had to order another set. It would be great if during packaging a second set could be included

Man, we love this little toy. BUT there's something about the design of the battery cover. We actually got this to replace the one in a little set we got for my son for Christmas which had it's batter cover break. But within a day or two, the exact same thing happened to this new one. I'm pretty disappointed. Otherwise, it's a cute little toy that my almost 3 year old loves.
