High value and is solid plus adjustable. This assists training against opponents of different sizes. Properly filled, it is solid and stable. It looks like it will last a long time. A good addition to this purchase would be some speed gloves to protect you hand but for short rounds, this isfine.

I got this for my 20-year-old son. We filled the base with water, and he punches it almost every day. We've had no issues with it, but it really takes two people to set it up.

I beat the hell out of BOB 2 to 3 times a week. I appreciate how tough he is! This is one well made body bag. BOB is an excellent addition to my workout. The material seems to be very durable.

Bob arrived SUPER fast via FedEx. We opted to fill with sand as it’s upstairs in our fitness room, that wasn’t a very fun task as most sand comes with moisture in it & I hate messes. We used a funnel and shook the funnel to make it crumble into the hole. I wish you could take a large piece off to fill it with sand as it would’ve made life a lot easier. We bought 5 50 lb. Sand bags to fill. To get him lower ON the pedestal, my husband kinda bear hugged him by the shoulders and brought him down. I love getting my frustrations out on ol’ BOB, highly recommend this!

After an easy set up (I'm 6' 3") & some water in the base I am getting down to the science of landing some good boxing blows. Maybe it's just in my head but a life like form works better for me than any heavy bag ever did. Bob took it right on the chin! The instructions that come with it are straight forward; however if you are not that strong get help putting Bob together. For me it wasn't a big deal but a smaller person may have problems. Read The Instructions Before Attempting Assembly !!!

Bought this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and he just loved it, doesn’t stop thanking me and says it was the best gift he ever got from someone. I could not be happier, because since he said it was his dream to have a Bob, I immediately came here to start looking for a Bob to give him. He has anxiety, and Bob has been his valve of escape every single day working out. Bob can be punched without fear that it will tear up, trust me. I wanted a punching dummy and this one is supposed to be the best, so even though it seemed a little expensive, I bought it anyway. It seems like it's made of high quality material and will probably last a long time, but it's not very sturdy. I filled the base up to the top with water like the instructions said, but punching to dummy in the face at the lowest height with about 30% of my strength makes the whole thing tip a little bit and then thump back onto the floor. This might not be a problem in the basement of your house, but in an apartment it's a problem. I'm a fairly big guy and I'm fairly strong, but this is supposed to be for MMA training which means men much bigger and stronger than me are supposed to be able to punch and kick it. That said, I'm surprised how wobbly the dummy is and how easily the base lifts up off the ground when punched with less than half my strength. And that's only at the lowest height. When I raise the dummy up higher so I'm punching a taller opponent, it almost feels like I could knock the dummy completely over if I punched it too hard. I like the quality of the product but I'm definitely disappointed that I can't punch this thing hard and get some stress out without it wobbling and moving all over the place. At this price point, it should be very sturdy even when a very strong person hits it very hard.
