What type of case do you buy for the samsung galaxy s21? i keep buying a case but it's too big is there a different case

I don't have a case, I use a couch. But any samsung phones that I have had in the past, I purchased my case from Ebay.

If it can't be connected to the network would that count as defected? And then could tou return the phone?

You might want to check if you have a T-Mobile SIM card in it. I tried to put a metro SIM card in my other T-Mobile phone and it said the same thing. But I think you could return it to Amazon anyways for any reason if you wish
