Are these German made or Pakistan made? Or somewhere else?

A few are German made, most Pakistan. I wouldn’t buy for an OR but satisfactory for home use (cleaning/hobby for me). You probably know, this set’s price is less than one quality German made instrument.

Do all forceps have guide pins? In picture it looks like only a few have guide pins.

Only some of them do but all of the tools are really high quality

Can I used this to study with as a Surgical Tech ?

hello I would say yes but you should keep in mind that this is not a complete surgical set. you can use it as beginner and as you progress you might want to add on to it. this set is designed for out patient minor surgery. good luck with your study.
