This cabinet has been a great addition to my kitchen. The white finish fits perfectly with my décor, and the tilt-out design makes it easy to toss trash without bulky bins showing. The wood feels sturdy and well-made, and the installation was straightforward. I especially appreciate the deodorizing and negative-ion function — it helps control odors and keeps the area smelling fresh. I am very, very happy with this trashcan to say the least. We have dogs that will get into the trash if they are given the opportunity so this trashcan gives us peace of mind to not have to worry about that. dog protection equals A+!! It is very easy to assemble, and it even has the option to deodorize it once opening the compartment. It fits a 10 gallon trashcan, I have had it for years, and still use it with no problems. Yes it is a little pricey for a trashcan, but it is well worth the quality and definitely holds the value for money. It is very good stability wise and easy to open. Lid closure makes it easy and it looks nice and polished. it is very easy to clean, I personally suggest using a wood cleaner like pledge to maintain keeping it looking nice. I got this for my home office. It is a good size and looks nice. It doesn't immediately standout as hiding a trash can. It seems sturdy. It's exactly what you would expect from inexpensive factory manufactured furniture that ships in a box and requires assembly. I took off one start because of the assembly. While the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they even provided extra screws in each bag, this thing took almost 2 hours to build. There are 23 steps to assemble, 18 parts, and 23 different individually sealed bags of hardware pieces to open (some as many as 22 pieces). It was tedious to build. But I will say it assembled well -- all the holes were drilled and everything is marked. Just time consuming.

This is really nice quality. It surprised me how heavy duty the material was and the color. The black is nice and the grain you can see through makes it feel higher end. We ended up changing the handles to match our hardware but the gold was nice. They were a very vibrant gold. It took my boyfriend a couple hours to put together, he was taking his time while we watched a movie to be fair, but it definitely takes a little time. The deodorizer seems to work well, we have only used it once or twice. Do not turn it on if you have it open and/or have your face close to it at all, like when you are putting it together. It fits 13 gallon cans, and does not come with any so be sure you have some on hand. I love that it has room for two. We originally wanted to use one for recycling but ended up using both for trash because the cans were slightly smaller than what we were used to having. We definitely do not overfill our trash bags now, but I will say with the smaller cans we are really using every inch of the bag. It's a trade off. Overall this is really attractive, it looks high end and hides your trash cans/makes additional space for trash in areas you don't want it to look like trash. I have gotten a ton of compliments on this piece too! It surprised me how many people don't realize it is trash and go out of their way to ask about it/compliment it.

I have to say this cabinet is very perfect for my kitchen, it’s design, quality and functionality are so great! It makes my kitchen clean and neat, my friends who visit my house gave it very high praise because it makes the trash bins neatly hidden, and I can put some staff on the top, very useful. It tools my husband about 1 hours to assemble it, instructions are very clear, the quality is matching the price, in my opinion, its quality is the same with the IKEA products. Recommend this cabinet!

These were a $200 solution to a $1000 problem. I had space at the end of my kitchen cabinets for trash and recycle cans and had moved from a kitchen with rev-a-shelf. I looked into it and realized the mechanism alone would cost minimum $600 plus the cost of a cabinet that was the right size to take the trash can sliding mechanism. It was looking like a $1500 plus solution for a place to put garbage. I have a large kitchen window stopping 32 inches above the floor. I bought two of these cabinets. Already matched existing my white shaker cabinets. I spaced them about 15-17" apart and bought a nice board, had it stained, and placed it on top, making a unit and extra space on top for a plant etc. The trash cans from my revashelf fit perfectly and they look custom. Issues: if you read the reviews most people praise them but some say they got a bad one--broken or wrong sized parts, etc. That happened to me but it's important to open and inspection and measure AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVE. You have about a month to return them. I just returned the dud to UPS Store, got my refund, and ordered another one, which arrived perfect. It was more work on my part but saved a ton of money and created a nice trash plus tabletop unit. You can open them with your little finger. The legs have little pads that screw up or down so easy to level them. My normal plastic 13 gallon trashcans fit snugly and are easy to insert, change out liners, and move in and out when needed. I was not interested in the little electric component -- discarded it -- but the wooden units have made my kitchen great looking and functional. They have never slid around when opening or closing. I've been using them for several weeks. I treat them gently. They might not hold up to kids jerking them around but without anyone stressing them, I think they'll last for a long time.

We bought this unit back in December 2024 because we wanted something to hide our garbage and recycling. This item was perfect. We liked it so much we bought a second one as a gift. Ours went together pretty smoothly. The gift of course had some alignment issues and a few extra parts, but all in all, both units fit the bill. The doors are heavy and if you want them to last, you can't let them slam back upon closing or open them and let them slam forward. It's not made of real wood, but again for what we needed it worked, and it's a decent looking piece of furniture. Sadly, the ozone mechanism which controls the odors now no longer works. The unit powers on, but then just kept shutting itself down. We slid the controller out and wiped it down, even though there really wasn't much dust or debris on it. Put it back in place and it's doing the same thing. Random flashing, some beeping and then nothing. Tried to contact the manufacturer, but the link provided doesn't appear to be working. I get this is not a high-end piece of furniture, however, it's always frustrating to purchase these things and not have them make it a year before they stop functioning. We are not sure when it stopped working because we aren't always close to the garbage to know whether it's running or not. When you do catch it working, you only hear a very faint noise, and it does give off a bit of an ozone like smell, but it does the trick ridding the garbage and recycling of odors. I'm hoping the manufacturer will see this, and maybe they will replace the part. We shall see. Overall, I'd say this is a good product for the price if you are looking for an inexpensive option to hide your garbage. However, if part of the marketing on this is to help control odor and that part fails, the price is way too high for the product.
