I've used the Excel LT but it's twice as expensive. This looks identical. No matter what I did there was no electricity coming through for stimulation. There is no way to contact support so I am returning it.

I like that it feel like it’s working. My only isssue so far is that the metal piece that you have to hold in the other hand causes that hand to feel electrical currents the whole time and dont love that on a continuous basisz. Also the metal on the devices does similar when it’s touched. Is there a way to fix this issue?
