Melatonin may not work for everyone, but this product has been perfect for me. After taking it, I fall asleep within 15 minutes... so it is a welcomed product in a good night sleep.The taste of the product is fine, although the scent is a little strong. But once you chew one, the berry taste is okay and easy to take.

These gummies are the best I've found, especially for the price. I get double the amount I would get from other brands I have tried and looked at for around the same price if not better. They work well and start to kick in after about 30minutes after taking one. My only complaint, though minor, would be that they don't taste very good. Not terrible, just not tasty.Other than that they shipped quickly and arrived timely and in great condition. I will continue to buy these.

I’ve been taking melatonin for years to help me sleep and these work great for me. I take one 5 mg gummy most of the time, but I’ll take two on nights it feels like my insomnia is really acting up. And even if I take two, I don’t wake up feeling groggy like with some melatonin supplements. These are soft and chewy and have an nice berry flavor that isn’t overly sweet. They also aren’t sugar coated or sticky, which I really like because I take them right when I go to bed and I don’t want to have to wash my hands again. I just let them melt in my mouth and they put me to sleep in about 20 minutes.
