My son is obsessed with our big Hetty cleaner so we were delighted when we found out about this toy version. We purchased it for Christmas and he played with it for +6 hours on Christmas day and he has barely spent more than an hour away from it. It looks genuine and is substantial enough. The concept of the plug and retractable cord is fantastic. Negative points? The power switch rattles and makes half the noise when it is running. It would be better if the fake switches on the top actually moved rather than being fixed mouldings. The tube is too flimsy and doesn't rotate easily enough so it gets tangled (he doesn't like that) and I suspect it will be the first thing to fail. It doesn't seem to has much suction, I have seen demos of other toy vacuum cleaners that have better suction. Despite these negative points I have to give it 5 stars because my son is so obsessed.
