Works great if you take when you are congestion. Cleats you up to breath in minutes

Helps with sinuses if you use two pieces
First time trying this gum and purchased it to assist in clearing my sinuses. It works ok for sinuses, not any better than a cough drop, the flavor is great for about 3-4 minutes and then is considerably less. Chewing Two pieces is recommended by the manufacturer it does make double the difference.
