Secure and Easy to Install
I have several acoustic-electric guitars with end-pin jacks and this little gadget is an answer to prayer! I was able to quickly and easily install this on all four of my guitars with end-pin jacks and now I feel my strap is securely attached with no worries of it slipping off mid-song. Great gadget, low price and peace of mind. Winner!

Took a little getting used to, but does the job well.
This straplock fits around the combo endpin/jack for an acoustic pickup. It allows the instrument to be plugged in while still keeping a tight lock between the strap and the guitar. I disliked it at first. The device spins easily around the endpin, which initially gave me the impression that it was only loosely secured. That was false. Turns out, this thing is so cleverly engineered, that it's a bit of a pain to get *OFF* of the end pin. Not so bad that it's to be avoided, but enough to make me confident that my instrument is secure. And because the lock device has low-friction pads and is attached to the guitar via a short nylon cord, that "loose" feeling is actually the feeling of *less* friction between my leather strap and the guitar. After having it on my expensive Larivee for a year, I just bought two more for my other acoustics.

Innovation
I have them on almost all of my acoustic straps. And they're super reliable. They dont come off unless you want them to. Super quick to put on your guitar.

Secure and frees up the guitar knob that was holding the regular strap attachment
It's a nice way to hook up your guitar with a secure with your guitar strap that's doesn't have the necessary ability to be as secure when you're upright and playing.

A guitar saver, especially when not plugged in
I read about this product in Acoustic Guitar magazine. I stopped at a couple nearby music stores, one being a Guitar Center, where no one knew what I was talking about (since then I have seen these on display at Guitar Center). I play acoustic/electric at my church on weekends. In the warm up room, I just bring the guitar, while the amp is set up out in the church. Since many guitar straps are meant for more standard sized pegs, eventually the one for the combo peg/jack on my guitar had stretched out enough that it could let go without notice. I know that it works well on my Seagull Rustic Entourage, which is the only guitar I have with the combo peg/jack. The lead for the device is just looped through the end hole on the strap, and it locks itself together magnetically when on the guitar. There is a rubber stopper that could either be pushed up against the device to prevent any chance of unlocking. In my case, as you can see in the photo, I use the rubber stopper to prevent the string from wearing at the finish on my guitar. It locks into place and doesn't come off until you pull the 2 halves apart. If I had more guitars with this kind of jack configuration, I'd have one for each of those guitars. I've heard that some guitar makers use an odd size for the peg/jack, so it might be a good idea to check the diameter of the jack.

Perfect fit for LR Baggs Anthem TRU-MIC
I upgraded my pickup in my Taylor and within 3 months my strap was falling off. I was worried which model CinchFit to buy, but decided to go with the larger hole Fishman model, and it was a perfect fit. I'm super happy.

This is the easiest way to secure a guitar strap to the end pin jack
There was nothing to dislike. It’s simple straightforward and does a nice job. The fact that it’s seems like it’s nylon. I’m not gonna hear metal screeching against that acoustic in pin jack. I’ll probably end up buying a couple more of these.

Not for Breedlove guitars.
Nice design but unfortunately it does not work on the Breedlove guitars. I bought both versions and neither one worked.
