Yes, it should have safety instructions. These are strict. I had to return it, as none of my sockets are above the skirting boards. I think the registration details are part of the instructions

I have plugged the heater in an extension a few times so I guess it’s okay as long as it’s not covered or directed at anything or wire.

Is it safe to plug in this heater in old house ?

To be honest there are limited places this can be plugged in. Can’t be near anything, in older houses things are more limited. Whilst the heater works ok we gave it away as we could not use it where we really needed it!
