My daughter ordered this item for her sister, and the item that arrived had Matthew Grey Gubler all over it (he's not even in Supernatural). Item was very cheap quality and not worth $20. Submitted a refund request, which was promptly granted, and was told we did not need to return the item (which indicates just how overpriced this item is). Guessing that most of the cost is to cover the shipping so they can label it as "free shipping," and that it's not even worth the cost return shipping to send it back.

Was not at all what was pictured. Also, the colors were really off
