Can it fit a 2015 chevy impala ltz

It fits the normal tube valves it’s universal I use it in a 2015 Nissan tida

Do they stay on all the time? say, i’m driving around and they are lit up, that’s good, but what happens when i park/turn of my car when i get home?

When you're driving they're supposed to stay on, when the car stops they go off. However, I when I put them on my tires maybe one or two would come on and they didn't stay on while I was driving. When the my car was off, I could tap on the lights and they would come on but it's sometiming when the car is actually in motion. Another thing to look out for is the air in your tires. I had to take mine off because one they weren't working and two they were causing my tires to lose air. So buy at your own risk.i have 16 of these things just sitting on my desk. In my opinion, it was a waste of my money. Maybe you'll have better luck.
