Standard and firegrain sticks break too easily
Have been buying ProMark 5A drumsticks for years. Thought I would buy the multipack with the Firegrain sticks to try. They are terrible! They break not long after using for first time. Sent the first pack back thinking they were faulty only for the replacement pack to do the same. Every stick in the pack as literally broken to pieces after very little play. Either a fault with this batch, not genuine product or promark has changed the quality.

Excellent quality sticks.
Great sticks. Straight, well balanced and sturdy. Nice feel and not too slippery as I play open handed technique. I have only lost a few small fragments off the tip from catching the edge of heavy cymbals. Used to lose tips on the brand that starts with 'Z' all the time. Only choice is Pro-mark or Vic Firth for me.
