Professional Grade Knee Protection That Actually Protects
These NoCry professional knee pads provide real protection with high density foam and I am not going to lie, they have changed how I work. Kneeling for hours is no longer painful. The cushioning is thick enough to matter without being so bulky you cannot move. The non-slip material grips your pants and the ground. These things do not slip around during work. They stay in place whether you are kneeling, crawling, or moving between positions. Stability matters when you need to focus on your work not on keeping your pads on. The construction is heavy duty. Reinforced edges that do not fray, thick straps that do not slip, protective caps that take real abuse. These are not flimsy novelty pads. They are professional equipment designed for daily use on job sites. The fit works for both men and women. Adjustable straps accommodate different leg sizes and body types. One size truly does work for most people. The universal fit is convenient and practical. Comfort level is impressive. After a full day of kneeling in these, your knees feel good. No pain, no pressure marks, no numbness. The foam does its job. This is the difference between cheap pads and professional grade protection. For anyone spending significant time on their knees whether for work or projects, these deliver. Professional protection at a reasonable price. Your knees will thank you for the investment.

Comfortable and durable, but slightly bulky
I bought the NoCry Professional Construction Knee Pads for DIY projects and yard work. Overall, they provide solid protection and comfort for extended kneeling, though they’re a bit larger than I expected. Thick padding offers excellent protection for hard surfaces, and the adjustable straps fit most men and women comfortably. But they can get warm during extended use, and they are a bit bulky and can feel cumbersome in tight spaces.

Excellent quality and very comfortable keepers, highly recommend
Good quality knee pads , easy to attach in place with recessed metal snap in place with adjustable elastic bands . Very comfortable in all knee positions, very knee protective with a rigid outer shell but thick cushioning inner silicone gel no impediment to normal walking . VERY PLEASED with these knee pads !

Still going strong over a year later
Bought these in April 2024 and they are now well into their second year of use and still going strong, so figured it was time for a review. These are far and away the best knee pads I have ever purchased. And I have purchased a lot of makes and models over the years. These are the first pads to stay in place, even a year later, when I walk around (I wear them over jeans), and also the first pair in which the lining did not wear out in just a few months. The metal clips for securing to the leg are perfect, SO much better than hook and eye, which has always worn out quickly with other knee pads. Early on I wondered about their durability but, as you can see from the photos, other than a little chipped paint (purely cosmetic) they have held up to lots of tugging and pulling. The straps do stretch a little over time, but with the metal adjustable clips, it is easy to retighten as needed. I wear these for any projects around the house the require me to get on my knees (e.g. working with wall outlets) and for all garden work. They are impervious to rocks, metal, glass, raspberry and rose thorns, pretty much anything. And, they are extremely comfortable. Yes, they can get hot in the summer in full sun, but that is a very small price to pay for such protection, durability and overall comfort. Working in the garden, dirt, wood chips and other debris can get inside, and this has quickly torn up the linings of other brands, but not these. It they made a longer pad that went farther down the shin, I would buy them in a heartbeat, but these do what they are supposed to do. Will buy another pair at the end of this season, so I have a pair in reserve for when these eventually give up the ghost, which could take a while. To say this was money well spent is an understatement.

Most comfortable fit I've experienced in knee pads
First off, I used a lot of knee pads. I'm very active in my job, but I find myself kneeling down or crawling over things quite a bit. Without knee pads, I'm either in very awkward positions to do my work (as a welder), or it's just hard on the knees. The surfaces I work on are either metal or concrete. I generally work 10-11 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, so any knee pads I have get quite a bit of use out of them. One problem I've noticed that is common with knee pads is that the straps aren't that long. I generally use the kind with Velcro and they tend to think that if it's long enough to reach the pad, then it fits. The problem is there will be a pull on them throughout the day and the straps come loose. Or, worse yet, the Velcro bit it attaches to will come off the knee pad. Or the straps themselves will wear down and break (I've used a lot of knee pads). Because with the Velcro (or, more accurately, "hook and loop fastener", since it's probably not name brand Velcro) system, the user has to get it really tight each time, just so it will adhere properly. If the entire Velcro pad isn't being used, then it won't have the adhesion power to stay on throughout the day. These NoCry pads use a slightly different system where there is just a metal post and a clip that goes over it. Having never used it before, I was hesitant to purchase an item like this (also because they look different than the ones my company purchases and I was trying not to make it obvious that I was buying my own gear rather than wait for the company to finally order me some). Now that I have it, I see that it works really well. Once you get a setting that you like, you don't have to mess with adjustments ever again. Just put it on and it's done. Very cool. Side note, the black paint/finish on the metal posts comes off rather easily, well, after a day or two of my using them excessively, anyway. But I don't care about that, so it's not a big deal to me. I'm more concerned about when it sticks while I'm trying to take them off for a meeting, but I'm sure that's just me not having become accustomed to them just quite yet (I can't usually get them right away, just not always). Back to the first issue I mentioned, the size of the straps. Whenever I put on a new pair of knee pads, my first thought is always "Well, this is uncomfortable. But it's better than having sore knees, so I guess I'll deal with it." However, when looking at different options, I noticed in the comments that users of this item stated it fit very comfortable. And, amazingly, it really, really does. This was the first time that I ever tried on some knee pads and thought to myself "My goodness, these things are comfortable!" (never thought I'd say that with knee pads). Not only do the straps reach comfortably, they even had some room to spare. After using them for a bit, I even had to tighten a few of them so they would reach properly. That's definitely different than other styles of knee pads (and also cheaper versions of this same product). Overall, I can safely say that this is my favorite pair of knee pads so far. I've only used them for less than a week, so I can't comment on their longevity. But as long as that's decently alright, I would definitely consider purchasing these again when I need more knee pads in the future (because, let's face it, even the best items will eventually wear out over time, more so when they are being used rigorously and excessively).

Slip down and dig in below the knees
Wouldn't buy again. I have some cheap ones that are more like volleyy ball knee pads but the elastic was wearing out so I thought I'd try these. When I pull these tight and get up and down a few times they slip just below the knee cap and really dig in hard. They will relocate your patella! The padding isn't quality. I trimmed out a bedroom and finally took them off because they were actually more painfull than just kneeling on the carpet. The return window has closed. I have a few more rooms to trim out. I'll just use my old "turtle shell" type pads. I'm upgrading my review not because the knee pads worked for me BUT because this company is actually legit. The knee pads may work for alot of people, just not me. This company actually believes in their products and they believe in customer service even more. They made my situation right. FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You just don't see companies like this anymore. I'll deal with them again.

Great Knee Pads!!!
I already had purchased one of NoCry's forestry helmets and safety glasses. Great products! I had been eyeing these knee pads for several months, so with an upcoming deck build project, I decided to pull the trigger. These things are awesome! Very comfortable and light. Then my wife tried them on and somehow they became hers for working in the garden and flower beds! I was going to order the exact same ones for myself, but decided to upgrade and get the ones with the Velcro straps. These actually work even better for me since alot of the work I do are in shorts. They secure really well and don't slip down at all. I'm so happy with these - I should have gotten these sooner! Highly recommended!
