Very sharp and smooth, ergonomics not that good
Blade is very sharp and most veggies offer no challenge, but..Handle is difficult to hold. Can use only 2 fingers to grip. Falls out of wet hands quite often.Blade does not tilt outwards as much as I would have liked, or as much as I am used to. As a result, very difficult to use on even slightly concave surfaces, like a bent potato.
