Fast A class phone without the 800 price
This thing never gets hot even in the case. It runs like butter even with samsung/google ridiculous bloat, you can ignore it or go full tech geek and remove it, but I've never had it freeze up once or lag so far.I'm savvy with smart phones but no guru so I'll just say what may be a con and otherwise everything is great.It doesn't get 5g in many places but that may be my area and I don't frequent cities.The finger print scanner is pretty unreliable if my finger is a little wet or dirty it just fails, this is under the screen and I've found power button reader design or on back of phone design more reliable.Battery life with heavy use will get you through a day or less than, it could do with a bit more.It's relatively heavy so don't drop it or get a good case because physics won't be kind to this phone.Otherwise for the price at the time I was looking for a new phone this was the best option for stats and I still believe it was.

Good midrange phone
Bought this as a gift to my mom. Not the best phone out there but it did what it should and outperform some other budget phone as well like the big battery capacity and the camera quality, really good.

Great phone, shame it isn’t smaller / lighter
I purchased this phone as a replacement for an iPhone 8 and I was really impressed with it overall. I haven’t used Samsung before but I found the customisability great. The screen is really impressive and the camera was pretty good too. I really would’ve loved to keep this phone but unfortunately it gave me arm pain from the extra weight and size. It’s a shame it isn’t lighter! I definitely would’ve kept it otherwise

Great phone
Having been used to top-of-the-range Samsungs for many years, I am pleasantly surprised by this phone. Still need to figure out the cameras effects, etc, but amazing quality photos.
