These supplements are by far the very best I've ever taken. In my 40 years, I've tried many, but none come close to these. I took another marine collagen by Dietapplements for 2 years but when I saw that this one also offered biotin, I switched over (but both are equally excellent). I can't recommend these to you enough. The change in my skin is truly staggering. I was starting to show the signs of ageing, in skin, hair and nails. My skin has improved to the extent where I get regular comments on how well I'm looking and questions about what I'm using. My husband tells me I look really well on a regular basis - surely the ultimate compliment comes from the people that see you most and get used to your appearance! The first change I noticed was in my general colour. I'd developed a pallor, a sort of greyness. I just started to look a bit worn out. Fine lines were becoming proper wrinkles. My skin seemed to be losing its suppleness and vitality. Like it was dehydrated and 'flat'. Since taking these vitamins consistently, my skin is more vibrant and 'bouncy'. It looks more youthful - I do look years younger! I realise this seems overstated, but I'm telling you not only what I see but what others have told me they see, too. The lines are less obvious, the texture of my skin is smoother. It just looks a lot healthier. I have no spots, either, and the redness I used to get around the edge of my nose has gone away. My hair is growing quickly, like it did when I was in my early thirties. I have waist-length hair which was in good condition but a bit lack-lustre. I've managed to keep it very long, how I like it to be, and improve the condition with this supplement.I have noticed an improvement in my general health and wellbeing, too. My energy is more constant; not in a manic caffeine way, but a gentle sense of knowing I can last the day without a nap and feel good at the end of it.I take the full dose of three capsules per day. I add these to my breakfast every morning - I hate swallowing capsules but mixed with my cereal all is fine. I'm post menopausal and wanted to improve hair, nails and skin. I do think its helped. There is new hair growth and less breakage for example and my nails are stronger too.

Just starting my 2nd bottle. Noticed my nails got harder within 2-3 weeks, they were like bendy plastic before. I have less hair loss when shampooing and my skin seems more plumper. I will continue to take them. They do have a strange odour but are fine to swallow. I would recommend them.

This collagen and biotin supplement saved me from going bald!This is by far the most GENEROUS dose of marine collagen in a capsule. I had no expectations when I started it despite the fact I’m using their brilliant apple cider vinegar product. When I turned 40, I was upset to see fine lines in my forehead, but now they’ve smoothed out beautifully like the most advanced filler out there and there is a certain glow to my complexion. My hair is now thicker and I've grown small hair all over my hairline and it’s noticeably growing. I wish I had before and after photos! I’m delighted I don’t have to buy another biotin product or a multivitamin. If you think about it, that’s a great value for money. I didn’t get the acne I used to get from other biotin products, but if you get any, this means you have too much biotin in your system, take it three times or twice a week only. It’s all about the right dose for your own body. I have issues in my throat, and I can’t swallow anything, so I just empty two capsules in my breakfast and skin is sorted for the day! This collagen has no smell or aftertaste! Go for it. You won’t regret it!

I'm not gonna lie, when I was searching for collagen supplement and chose this one, I was mostly attracted by the label design, just seems full of goodness. Most of all, it works. At least for me. Both my hair and my nails seem to be benefitting nicely but it also feels like it's doing something good for my joints. No more clicky knees and elbows. I take two a day, one in the morning, one in the evening. I don't eat much so it seems that they are supporting my daily requirements with all the additional essentials.

I'm sure this product is great but for someone like me who manages recurring UTI and bladder issues, the hidden caffeine in the green tea extract in these is a no no! I had to give them to my mum as I can't take them. They seem lovely and great packaging but just be careful of all the extra added health ingredients as there are loads! And check they don't interfere with any current medication or issues you have.

Within 3 weeks of taking these the patches on my eyebrows were completely gone and my skin felt more plump this is a great formula and cost effective as it saves buying separate collagen and biotin vitamins I am sensitive to biotin so I only take two a day I did still get a few pimples on my back which cleared away I recommend taking these with food as I think they are hard to swallow with just water.
