WHOLER 25 LPH Commercial RO Water Purifier Plant with fully Automatic and Tds Adjuster, Full Stainless Steel Body Works Upto 4000 tds

The product has been delivered to me on time and Technician from Indore has answered all the questions and made me feel comfortable and instalation was done in time.

I recently purchased the Wholer Water Purifier 100 LTR for my micro food processing unit, and I'm extremely satisfied with its performance. Total garbage. Worked for a month. Technician says membrane blocked and charged for replacing 1 membrane. Incoming water tds 450. Incoming water is pre treated for hardness so membranes should last a lot longer than 1 month.Few days later flow switch failed. Took a week to get the part. Technician fixes and flow rate is 1 litre in 2.5 minutes. TDS of output water 180. Ridiculous. Machines claims it csn handle 3000tds incoming water and delivers 50lph. All bull.Technician says machine is fine but 4 membranes need to be replaced at Rs.1650 each. Wholer says they have nothing to do with it.. Technician says 6 months guarantee for new membranes.This is a racket - wholer sends the Technician who forces some membranes on you promising they'll work.. but offers no explanation as to why original membranes failed in 30 to 40 days. Wholer says they aren't part of the 6 month guarantee that their Technician promises.This is a ponzi scheme of empty promises. Cheaper to buy water.

Nice product and build quality 👌. But, some technical knowledge require this kind of commercial RO installation. I called wholer technical team, they polaitaly explained and I successfully installed. Thank you so much wholer ro team

I recently purchased the 100LPH Wholer RO system for my commercial farm. There is no service installation support offered complimentary with this purchase. I called the company and they directed me to another local vendor for installation who charged an arm and a leg. So I decided to install it by myself, however, the float valve was faulty. There was smoke coming from the electrical wiring to the float valve and the insulation on the wires burst open as soon as the machine was switched on. So I am currently using the system without the valve. Upon calling customer care, they said they can replace it, if I couriered the part to Indore, which is going to cost me more than buying a new valve myself. :( The RO system is working okay and is providing low TDS purified water as expected, but I am not satisfied with their customer care support for installation and part replacement. Its not ok to expect customers to spend 10-15% of the cost of the product for after sales installation support and faulty part replacement.

Best commercial 100 LPH RO filter with best price. You may get similar RO from other brands but not in same price. Very co-operative seller with good pre and post sales support. I had contacted the seller before placing the order as wanted aome specific parts with my filter and i got those without having to pay any extra charge. Using for almost 3 weeks now. No issue. Good quality output water with 95% salts rejection. Getting 15-20 TDS output with borewell water as an input source.Long term review will post after 6 yo 8 months.
