Satisfactory replacement for my Teflon cookware
I purchased a full set of GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware a year ago, some individual items and a large set. The large set arrived in a box packed intricately, and I found only a couple insignificant chips to the coating from transit. After using the cookware for a year, I would say I’m mostly satisfied. Its nonstick characteristics are holding up well, and it doesn’t seem to suffer from regular dishwasher cleanings using Cascade Platinum. Often the pan can be sprayed with water, wiped dry and stored without any detergent. The bottoms are slightly prone to minor rust if they stay wet, but that hasn’t been a problem for me. The nonstick is very good, and I’m hoping the chemically inert properties are accurately represented as ditching Teflon-coated cookware was the paramount reason for buying these. The exterior coating is also very durable. The thickness of the pans is just enough to be satisfactory. Their light weight and durability allow me to use them when car camping.I find the slightly concave bottoms are not ideal for a solid surface cooktop since there is reduced heat transfer, but it isn’t a showstopper. On an induction stove, it seems as though the ferrous portion doesn’t quite fully span the bottom on some pans so they don’t heat as fully or evenly as they might otherwise. The most satisfactory heat source for these pans is a gas flame. The rough texture on the bottoms is helpful preventing the pans slipping around on tabletop canister stoves, which I appreciate.Another issue is with the lids. They let steam/condensation escape through the seam between the glass and the stainless-steel surround rim which causes water to pool on the lid and eventually dribble onto whatever cooktop you are using even when just simmering. You learn to lift the lid above the pan so it can drip all this water into the pan. And the handles get very hot fairly quickly, so you have to use a hot pad.Overall, I’m happy with this GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware and for the money, I’d buy it again and recommend it.

Great pans
I've had these for a while and they still look new. Still non-stick. I follow the recommendations to heat slowly, starting on low and to let the pans cool before washing. Happy enough that I went to greenpan and ordered the glass lid for the larger pan. It is excellent as well.

Non Stick Pans
Seem to be a very well constructed, well priced pans that food does not stick to.

Nonstick wore off after 4 months
First off, these were AMAZING for the first 3 months of use. The nonstick coating worked beautifully. They cooked evenly and were easy to clean. However, after just a few months, the nonstick coating is almost entirely gone. Now EVERYTHING sticks to the pan and it's nearly impossible to clean. I followed all of the care instructions, including never heating them empty and only cleaning with soap, water, and a soft washcloth. I've reached out to customer service to see if there's anything they can do. Maybe I got some defective ones. I'll update this review if that's the case and they are able to replace them. Otherwise, I would recommend going a different route. My sister has had good luck with Lodge's enameled cast iron pan.

Great skillets at a great price.
Great skillets! I got these for a new Frigidaire induction range, and they are outstanding. Very easy to clean the super-slick surface. Even eggs will not stick to the surface. If you want some beautiful, effective, easy to clean skillets...these are the ones for you.

Great Pans. No lid. .
The nonstick is wonderful. Cleanup was easy. It is a great frying pan. There was just one small problem, when I went to cover the pan with a lid, it fell inside the pan and did not seal. I got out me measuring tape and, viola, it measures 10.5 inches. The lid I used measures 10 inches. The information on the cardboard wrap on the pans said 10 inches. The information on Amazon website says one 8-inch pan and one 10-inch pan. The 8-inch pan measures 8 inches. I could not find a 10.5 lid on Amazon for GreenPan. This, I thought, was odd. How can you build a product and not make a lid to fit. I found a generic 10.5 lid on Amazon, and it is on the way. Great pans though.

Best non-stick pans I've ever ownef
I'm not a chef but I am a great cook. It's my hobby. I say I have "tools", not pans. My last non-stick were Tramontina and they truly sucked. Outside stained badly. I've owned many others by Cuisinart, T-fal, Calphalon, Oxo, and many others over the past 50 years. GreenPan is by far the best. I've been using them for 3 months, always putting the in the dishwasher, and they look as good as they did on day 1. I'm not a chef, but I am a passionate home cook — it's my hobby. I don’t just use pans; I use tools. Over the past 50 years, I’ve owned cookware from Cuisinart, T-fal, Calphalon, OXO, and many others. My last non-stick set was from Tramontina, and frankly, it was disappointing — the exteriors stained badly and didn’t hold up.

High Quality Pans
I love that these are nontoxic. They hold up well and have never warped. The scratch resistant is solid but I NEVER use metal in my pans. Also, follow the instructions for nonstick... you must heat the pan before adding anything to it.
