I don't make these items. I only purchase them.

Do you wear this 24/7 for the 10 days or do you take it off when you shower?

No need to take it off to take a shower and you are supposed to keep it on 24/7 for the ten days. I have not had any problems so far.

Are these 3D printed?

I don't have any experience with how items are 3D printed, or which items are. My guess would be no but I'm not sure.

Does this come with a wider band? Like 4" instead of 2"?

not that I am aware of, don't know why you'd want a wider band.
