Great brand for “clean” kids medication! The flavor isn’t bad, but not the best, tastes more like honey. I much prefer these ingredients to what you find in other brands for this medication. This does need to be shaken well before each use and is very sticky and can get crusty on the lid after a few months, but overall happy to have a medication with better ingredients when my kiddos need it.

This is a Cleaner brand then the general medication. My daughter doesn't mind the taste and will not fight taking it. Its one of the more "cleaner" brands.

I LOVE the Geneva brand and am so grateful for the dye free and toxin free options they have. I always keep an allergy medication in the medicine cabinet for my littles, we haven’t had to ever use it but the boys have used and we also keep on hand the acetaminophen from genexa and it is blueberry flavor and the kids will actually take it without fighting which is a big deal when they are sick.

I was bitten by a yellow jacket and had a very bad reaction - my entire hand swelled to the point I couldn't use it. I take no prescriptions myself, but realized if I had an oral antihistamine it could help the condition. Most people reach for Benedryl. Have you read those ingredients?? Full of chemicals that are unnecessary and harmful. I'm so grateful to have found this. Four simple ingredients: the active one, and three harmless ones: organic agave, citrus extract, and purified water, not a slew of dyes and chemicals. Helped the problem tremendously and I recovered faster. Says it's for kids but I'm an adult and it worked great. It's for everyone! Thank you, Genexa!

I purchased this item back in February to prepare myself in case my baby has a reaction to new solids. I fortunately did not need to use it until today. My daughter got sick and I figured this would help her sneezing and runny nose, however when I opened it the liquid looked brown and when I checked the expiration date it expired December of 2023. I purchased this item February 2025. There is no excuse for this!!! If I could give this product ZERO stars I would!!
