I was sure of lock pin and work fine for a while suddenly failed to unlock. I had to remove one of the zipper holders to unlock and off course lost locking function. I wish to claim replacement but I don't know if supplier will accept.

It's good bag with safety lock and it's has many pockets also quality is good and useful Thanks amazon

Ok for price, colour is more bronze than brown and ugly. Outside pocket with logo has no lock and easy to open, had to cut of handle as to easy for someone to pull
