It’s actually has some weight to it because it’s metal and it’s an extremely well-made product. It’s not in the way of anything and fits perfectly and very securely too. It’s not a big plastic eye sore that looks like a robotic arm like most others, this one is very classy with its greyscale Union Jack design and it actually compliments the Mini aesthetic. Most importantly, your phone isn’t gong anywhere. I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and it fits very well. My car does have integrated wireless charging in the arm rest, however its not big enough to accommodate the size of the pro max phone, and because it’s in the armrest, you cannot see the phone screen if you’re using a navigation app on your phone. I have tried DOZENS of different types of phone holders and wasted hundreds of dollars! My phone would always end up on the floor of my car somewhere, holder and all and that can be extremely dangerous if it falls down by the gas and brake pedals. I didn’t add a photo because it does look EXACTLY the same as the photos that are in the listing. Stop your search and grab this one, you’ll be happy you did.

Gets in the way of the central screen, and rotating the holder horizontally means the phone is likely to fall out. If you can live with it obscuring the screen, it holds very well vertically. Fits the hole pretty well to mount, though a spacer may be required depending on what in car screen you have. I have 2 Mini's each with one of these- one has a large navigation screen, the other a 4 line orange TFT. Both fit, but the smaller display does need some tape as a spacer. Both are F56 mini 3 door models, FWIW.

Man muss es quasi in diese Lücke kleben damit es fest ist. Die Folie über diesen Klebeteilen lässt sich saumässig schwer lösen. Wenn es einmal in der Lücke drin ist geht es wohl nie wieder raus deswegen überlegt es euch gut und testet davor ob euer handy auch von der Halterung gehalten wird. Meins geht nur in die Halterung rein ohne Hülle. Im Queerzustand flutscht es quasi direkt raus. Im Hochformat hält es, im Stand-zustand. Habe es noch nicht im Strassenverkehr getestet. Bin skeptisch und hoffe dass mein Handy nicht in der ersten Kurve im Auto rumfliegt.

Perfect fit for the car, just make sure that you push it in properly onto the double sided tapes and hold it there for approx 30 seconds , then it's good to go

I had no issues with this product. I have a 2019 5door hardtop (f55 I believe). It slotted into place. The adhesive stuck right away and its been holding my phone verticle and horizontal just fine. I like that its "hard to adjust" because I dont want my phone flopping or spinning around. I want it to keep put.
