One of the best cases. Perfectly fits a standard Xbox Series X/S controller along with the Windows USB controller dongle and an additional USB C to USB A adapter (may need this depending on the PC you are connecting it to). The case is slick, so slides in and out of your bag easily, but still easy to grasp. Latch seems solid and holds case tightly in closed position, but still easy to open. Quality so far seems really good. I own a lot of Tomtoc gear and am always very satisfied. If you do run into any issues, their customer service is excellent.

I lost an analog stick on my gears of war controller due to it rubbing around in my backpack. this has definitely made a difference. It slides into my backpack and I don't have to worry about it. the main problem when you travel with a controller in your backpack is that rubs the analog sticks off. This prevents any wear and tear while you travel i think its great. sense the shell is big, Their is a small possibility that the shell wont close properly sometimes. its NOT A PROBLEM at all. Im still very happy with the product. But its just a heads up for future buyers. don't just mindlessly slam it shut and clip.

Previously bought the Switch Pro controller version of the case, this one was no different. Quality rigid dust protecting case with access to the charging port, and enough room to prevent accidental presses. Easy to open and doesn't seem like it will break from regular use so fat. Make sure you have the actual device this is intended for and not a third party controller (it may or may not fit in such cases). I've also haven't tested it with accessories such as rubber nubs.

It's a great case; very sturdy and protects my controller well. The locking mechanism is however, easily snaps off when not being too careful with it

I loved that I could carry around my Xbox controller knowing it wouldn't get damaged in my backpack and it helped to prevent dust from getting inside the controller. But the hinge plastic just popped off and is barely holding together to keep the case closed. This case is NOT compatible for the older Xbox One controllers, the shape of the Xbox Core or Series X/S controllers are slightly more narrow than the XBOne controllers.

Giving it 2 stars because I love the fit and the design of the case. Sadly, after normal usage, the latch broke in the same place as the other reviews here have listed. This happened during my return window but more people need to be aware of this inherent flaw in the case’s design. It will break, it’s only a matter of when.

The perfect travel case for my controller! Taken it on a bunch of flights, trains and bus rides, and its compact enough to fit in my backpack!

The product itself is sturdy, The outer shell / Casing protects my controller really well! Only issue I got was after a few days the lock clip it self broke. But for me its not that important as it still closes just not locks.

Fantastic cover that will protect my controller in my luggage for travel coming up. Well built. My initial product had two broken clips holding on the clasp to close the cover. I reached out to Tomtoc when it arrived and the Tomtoc customer service team got back to me within 30min of my email to say they would send a full replacement expedited to me. Received the 2nd cover in perfect condition in a very fast turn around. Super happy!

I bought a custom controller to use exclusively with my gaming laptop. This case is the perfect solution to streamline your every day carry. Especially since an Xbox controller is fairly large and awkwardly shaped. The hinge does worry me a little bit based on other reviews but as long as you’re mindful of its tolerances there’s no reason it shouldn’t last.
