Q: What happens to your eyes if used longer than 10-30 min daily?

Nothing. Green spectrum is the easiest light for the eyes to look through. It is not harmful to the eyes. It is right in the middle of the color spectrum. It is the kindest color on the eyes.

Q: why don't you just make a full spectrum one?

We will have a 10 pack of all of our color therapy glasses available here on Amazon so you can try out every color we have available! If you have any other questions, reach out to our support team through Amazon Messenger and they will gladly be of further help :)

Q: Do these have UV protection?

These glasses will have tinted color lenses, however, they will not provide UV protection and we do not recommend using these in place of UV protected eyewear.

The full color chart can be viewed and saved here on the listing in addition to the pocket-sized physical copy that is included within each order.
