CHI steamer
I’ve been having this CHI steamer for a while now, about 2 years now, and this steamer has Not disappointed.! I’ve taken it with me on trips for party events for my suit. It worked amazing in removing all the wrinkles prior to the event. Highly recommend!

Excellent Unit
This steamer has a larger reservoir than others I have had. It also puts out more steam than the others. The optional fabric brush works well to remove loose items from the fabric. The cord has a pivoting ball connection to the unit which helps reduce wear and allows for more fluid movement. While I cannot speak to longevity, I am very happy with the performance.

This is such great quality! The heating speed is so fast. Light in weight. Portability is so good. I bought two because I use it every day.

Not worth buying. Does not last.
Do not buy. Worked well when first purchased and used. Cleaned after first used and kept in box, but after one year of no use, now will not produce steam. Followed all instructions for cleaning and troubleshooting. Still will not produce steam. Noticed that others also have given negative reviews for same issue. Does not last for long time use even with excellent care. Very expensive for such limited lifespan.

Best handheld - have tired many others
This is the best handheld steamer, we have tried various brands / models. Water tank clippes off and one, steamer can will still stand with it off ( don't buy one that cannot stand up ! We have three of these we leave behond at regular destinations.

Love it.
I think Im in loveee. This is the 5th time buying CHI products. 1 I've gifted because of my good experience with it. 4th CHI product I've ever owned. And my second for steaming. This was an upgrade to my previous one and I am pretty pleased. It is not too heavy, not the lightest but definitely manageable and fair considering its quality. I can tilt it and it will not leak. Heats up fairly quickly as well. Tank capacity hasnt been an issue for me either. Highly recommend.

Not Impressed
I bought to steam some bridesmaid dresses. It did not take wrinkles out, it did a very poor job. I will return this.
