Does this need to be put together?

Yes, this needs to to be assembled. It is very easy to put together (5 minutes or less). My grandsons love to play with this, and it was easy for them to figure out how it works. It comes with one Hot Wheel car. I purchased more Hot Wheel cars so the fun continues for awhile.

Why no reviews? Do the cars get stuck?

Some cars get stuck but there’s a door you can open and the cars then come right out. Made more so for the bulky hot wheels!

Stick your index finger in the door on the tire part and give it a little shove. My son got one stuck as well and that worked fine for us!
