I had promised the vendor I would review these volleyballs months ago but was preoccupied with different things...a little late but here it goes: I was looking for good quality balls to use in my volleyball machine Sports Attack 2 but did not want to pay $45/ball for using with this machine as the machine puts scuffs on balls due to design of hard plastic on spinning wheels the fling the ball. I use this machine quite often while coaching club and high school volleyball. Yes these balls did get scuffed same as my Tachikara balls did. About the ball: The ball is very well made, the feel and weight is that comparable to Spalding TF VB5 which is the official ball used for high school games in California. The balls hold air pressure quite well and out of 12 balls I bought have not had a single ball lose any air in over 6 months of continuous use. They have held their spherical shape quite well. They feel exactly the way a good quality ball should feel.Has the panels just like any other volleyball. The inflator valve is also of good quality. I have bought Tachikara balls where the needle is difficult to insert even after lubricating the needle...not these balls. Needle goes in effortlessly. I have had Tachikara balls go flat and the bladder will hold air for couple of days then start to lose pressure. Not these babies. They hold pressure quite well. These balls work well for whatever drills you are running, hitting, setting, digging block, etc. The one thing I will say about these balls is that they will hurt at high speed, and its not unique to these balls as the Spalding will hurt even more. If you're looking to save money for your program or club or just don't want to spend $40-$60 for good ball then I highly recommend these balls.

I am currently a middle/high school coach and I have over 25 years of playing experience at the DI level. When purchasing these volleyballs I honesly had medicore expecatations. I initially purchased one and upon arrival I could immediatley tell that this was a quality ball. The weight and texture of the ball feels perfect for my coaching needs. I would place this ball better than the Molten USYVL balls and very similar to the Tachikara SV-5W Gold which is more than twice the price of this ball. The wieght of the ball is accurate and the leather feels soft/not that plastic feel. As an added bonus they provide you with a pump and needle. The break in period for this ball is about a week. I have had no complaints from my players and its an awesome way to add more quality balls into your drills. I recently went ahead and purchased the six pack. I will update this review if anything changes but so far these balls have exceeded my expectations. The first pic included illustrates how the weight and size is comparable to a 70 dollar Molten ball. Order with confidence.
