This magnesium glycinate works well and is easy to take, but be mindful of the dosage. I noticed digestive upset when I took the full amount, so starting with a lower dose is best. Once adjusted, it’s very calming and helpful for relaxation.

Best sleep supplement, not the brand per se but the magnesium form. No laxative side effects. I go between this and another brand based on price.

Easily absorbed. This product has helped so much with my cramping legs, calves and feet due to radiation treatments. The treatments depleted my electrolytes and this product was the only one that helped.

This is a great supplement to help with muscle cramps and help me sleep. I buy the largest bottle since I take it every night. Can't recommend this supplement it does wonders because of the brand and their products are much better ingredients.

If you need magnesium glycinate, get this one. You’ll be happy you did.

Ice been using this product for years. I took it initially to help me sleep. I can tell a difference in quality of sleep when i don't take it. I recently was diagnosed with alpha gal syndrome which means I'm allergic to mammal products. I can't take anything in most gelatin capsules for that reason. I was very happy to find out that these are vegan gelatin.
