I have used these for my crutches and has stopped the pain in my palms straight away.

I purchased these for my rollator and the difference they make for my hands is absolutely wonderful! I don't know how anyone who needs to use a walker of any kind on a daily basis could stand the pain I've experienced from the hard hand grips, but I definitely cannot. My hands would go numb at times and my wrists were painful as well. These grips are so comfortable! They are very easy to wrap around the handles and have very strong velcro that keeps them in place. I am going to purchase another set for my new, unpadded cane. I highly recommend this product!
