Is this mask lace, soft, or heavy?

It's made of lace, very soft and lightweight.

Will glasses go over it?

Not sure of glasses would go over the mask but feel glasses could be worn under the mask. We did not wear glasses with this mask.

I really liked this mask I thought it was very beautiful, the only issue that I had with it was with wearing it too long it made my nose and all of that part of my face itch. And it's not a lot of money so.
